O/U Column Explanation for Standings

The O/U (Over/Under) column shows how each team is performing in the replay compared to its actual historical win–loss record at the same point in the season.

  • E — Even: The team’s replay record matches its real-life record exactly.

  • +X — Over: The team is performing better in the replay than it did in reality.

    • Example: +2.5 means the team is 2.5 games ahead of its actual pace.

  • –X — Under: The team is performing worse in the replay than it did in real life.

    • Example: –1 means the team is one game behind its actual pace.

Note on Real-Life Ties:
If the actual season included tie games, each tie is treated as half a win and half a loss when measuring over/under performance.

  • A team gaining more than it did in a tied game results in +0.5.

  • A team underperforming a tied game results in –0.5.
